Thyroid and throat chakra balancing tuning fork workshop
Learn how to use tuning forks for balancing and stabilizing the thyroid as well as the emotions and energetic body aka the throat chakra that allows us to breathe clearly, speak lovingly, and deeply to create with our utmost artistic flow in universal connection.
You will learn techniques to calm anybody in a fight or flight, panic attack, or stressed / beta state.

You will learn how do you use breath work with tuning forks and Qigong pressure points to create physical, energetic, and emotional release in the thyroid/ throat chakra and the respiratory system.
We will also cover techniques for using tuning forks for maintaining a healthy and creative vocal and artistic expression for immune system and circulatory support.
