Join us and experience the amazing process of a Tibetan sound bath led by sound practitioners Ken and Patti Downing. This ancient form of meditation, relaxation and self-healing has been practiced since the 6th Century BC and has proven to bring balance to all aspects of your life.

Prior to the sound bath, you can learn the basics of the benefits of sound, vibration and frequency and the healing properties that they offer. Ken and Patti’s large collection of handmade Mother Bowls, along with their beautiful gong and their supporting instruments, creates a mesmerizing environment for the powerful work that this modality offers. Ken and Patti offer private and semi private sessions in their home and are also available for group sessions on request.
