Created as an intentional and co-creative sound experience, Sonic Playground explores the relationship between frequency, the body, and the energetic field—supporting states of rejuvenation, recalibration, and inner alignment.
At its heart, Sonic Playground is a safe and nurturing container where participants can immerse themselves in medicinal sound, allowing the body and mind to soften, reset, and return to harmony.
About Sonic Playgrounds co-creators;

Haley is a sound therapy practitioner who has spent nearly a decade exploring the profound relationship between energy, vibration, and human well-being. Drawn by the understanding that everything in the universe exists as frequency, her path led her into the vast and ancient practice of sound healing. She received certifications from Seattle’s Fremont Sound Temple and United Sound Temple, deepening her training in vibrational and cymatic modalities.

Alongside sound work, Haley’s journey has included the study of energy medicine, somatic movement and cognitive wellness practices, integrating mind–body awareness into her approach. Today, she focuses on sharing and co-creating immersive vibrational experiences that support balance, revitalization, and inner connection. This work has become the center of her life and practice.

Ben’s journey into sound healing began in 2022, inspired by a lifelong passion for music and a deep curiosity about the transformative power of sound. With a reverence for instruments, vibration, and creative exploration, he stepped into a path where music becomes a tool for connection and healing.
Drawing from over 20 years of experience in music production, recording, and mixing, Ben now channels his technical knowledge into the sacred art of sound. His work merges electronic production with organic and ancient instruments, creating immersive sonic environments designed to support deep listening, restoration, energetic balance and inner alignment.
