A precursor to modern breathwork, this simple style of breathing creates a profoundly relaxed state. Aaron will be guiding the breath and playing crystal bowls to assist you in going deep into peace and balance. Bring a mat, pillow and blanket. While this technique can be done sitting upright, it is best done laying down.
