What we’re about
This meetup group is for trauma survivors in Vancouver who are living with PTSD or Complex PTSD (CPTSD). Our meetings provide a safe space for individuals to connect, share experiences, and support each other in their healing journey. Whether you are just starting to explore your trauma or have been on the path to healing for years, we welcome you to join our community of compassionate and understanding individuals. Together, we can empower each other and find solace in knowing we are not alone in our struggles. Let's come together to heal, grow, and thrive in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
