*We will update closer to the date if anything changes. Please join our Facebook group or stay updated with our stories on that day.
The park is a goldmine for sketching subjects - the gorgeously landscaped quarry garden, the Bloedel Conservatory (paid entrance) with its collection of exotic and native trees, the seasonal Duck Pond, pickleball / tennis courts, and various sculptures throughout.
The park being at125 m above sea level, is the highest point in Vancouver and has spectacular views of the city skyline and mountains on the North Shore.
Public washrooms are located next to the restaurant "Seasons In The Park".
We will reconvene at 3:30pm in front of Bloedel Conservatory to do the sketchbook throwdown and catch up with each other's adventures!
How to Get There:
Skytrain: If taking the Canada Line, get off at Oakridge/W41st and walk up to 33rd Street, then take a right.
