Sauvignon Blanc is one of the world’s most expressive grape varieties, thriving in diverse climates—from its birthplace in France to our neighbour, British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley. Wherever it grows, it delivers freshness, vibrancy, and a distinctive sense of place.

Join us for an evening dedicated to exploring Sauvignon Blanc in different styles, regions, and from a range of producers, all in a relaxed and social setting.

How it works:
• Bring one bottle valued at $30–$50
• All bottles will be shared and tasted together
• Participants are encouraged to bring bottles from lesser-known or emerging regions, beyond the most commonly seen examples.
• Corkage: $15 per bottle, paid directly to restaurant.
• Food available for purchase onsite. No outside food permitted.
