What we’re about
Welcome to the Vancouver Yoga Collective, a community dedicated to celebrating and exploring the transformative practice of yoga in all its forms.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this group is "Yoga for Every Body" – an inclusive space for individuals of all levels and abilities to come together, grow, and deepen their connection to body, mind, and spirit.
Our group embraces the diverse practices of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Ashtanga, and more. We welcome those who are curious to begin their yoga journey, as well as experienced yogis looking to refine and expand their practice.
We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where members can explore yoga's many benefits, such as improved flexibility, strength, balance, stress relief, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of inner peace. Our gatherings also offer an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and discover the unique sense of community that yoga inspires.
Join us to integrate yoga into your life, explore new practices, and connect with others who share a love for yoga. Together, we celebrate the beauty and flow of yoga, along with its many gifts, reminding everyone that the journey starts exactly where you are.

Grof holotropic breathwork is more than a technical breathing exercise. It is a protocol for safely undertaking inner journeys using breath, music and skilled facilitation. Dr. Stanislav Grof and his late wife Christina pioneered this approach starting in the 1970s when research into the healing potential of non-ordinary states with psychedelic medicines was stopped. Although the protocol for Grof® Breathwork is similar to that used for sacred and psychedelic medicines, it is a substance-free and natural approach to expanding consciousness and integrating mind, body and spirit. A session follows the basic set and setting of a psychedelic session.
Workshops are held at this location the third Saturday of every month.
