Namaste dear Ayurveda Meetup Member!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
(apologies if you received this twice)
Please read the entire letter as we have some big changes that affect your membership to the Vancouver Ayurveda Meetup Group!
Madhuri and I have been organizing and managing the Ayurveda Meetup Group for over 6 years.
We have watched the online community grow to 539 members.
As most of you know in October 2013 Madhuri and I launched our Ayurveda and Yoga Book "Your Irresistible Life: 4 Seasons of Self-Care through Ayurveda and Yoga Practices that Work"
With this and other new commitments and growth we have decided to make some changes to better connect with this beautiful Ayurveda community in 2014.
Due to her many commitments Madhuri has decided to step down as organizer and I will now be taking on that role for the Ayurveda Meetup Group. Of course we are blessed that Madhuri will still be a member of this Ayurveda Meetup community.
Another change is that the meet up group will now be charging a $12 Annual membership fee.
We have been covering the dues ourselves for the meet up group for 6 years and now feel to truly make this a community group we are asking members to contribute. This fee will cover your membership to the group as well as discounts on special Ayurveda meet up events pertaining to the group.
To pay your annual fee (via PayPal) please go to:
If you no longer wish to be a member of the group you can unsubscribe yourself. You will have until January 15th 2014 to do so. After that date if you have not paid your membership, you will be automatically unsubscribed from the Ayurveda meet up group. Be careful to ONLY unsubscribe from the group and not to delete your account as it is permanent.
From there, find the Meetup Group you'd like to leave, and then click the Leave this group link beneath the Meetup Group's name.
The goal of the Ayurveda Meetup Group is to connect those who wish to learn more about this incredible healing art and with a like-minded community in Vancouver, as well as learn about local and international Ayurveda events and offerings. This year will also offer more local regular gatherings and meet ups on the Ayurveda and Yoga healing arts.
We may be down to a much smaller dedicated group after this process but we are excited to continue to connect Ayurvedic teachers, students, practitioners and enthusiasts through the heartfelt commitment to this group.
With Love, thanks and namaste,
