1. You are liable to buy and rent your own equipment at the venue.

4. Kids need to be accompanied by the Guardians.

Hey Vancouver Desis!
Join us for a fun outdoor cricket game this Saturday morning. Whether you're a regular player or just want to come out and enjoy the game, everyone is welcome. The goal is simple — play cricket, meet new people, and have a great time together.
📅 Date: Saturday, March 21
⏰ Time: 8:30 AM
📍 Venue: Douglas Park, Vancouver
💰 Participation Fee: $2
👥 Players:
Limited to 22 players (First Come First Serve)
🏏 Game Format:
• Hard tennis ball cricket
• Teams will be decided at the ground
• All skill levels are welcome
🧰 Equipment:
We will bring bats, balls, stumps, and other cricket equipment, so you don’t need to bring anything unless you want to.
🌦 Weather:
Since this is an outdoor event, the game will be weather dependent.
🚗 Carpool:
If you need a ride, feel free to ask in the WhatsApp group. Someone may have a seat available.

This is an moderate hike. But you would require rain gear along with good waterproof shoes to complete the hike.

IMPORTANT:

1. Please be prepared. Carry essentials like plenty of water, food and proper hiking shoes as the trail might be slippery. If we think you are not prepared, we have full rights to refuse you to join the hike with the group.
2. If you need a ride, chat in the WhatsApp group, and someone might have a spot in their car.
3. Stop for Lunch based on the agreement with participants. If car owner wants to go for food afterwards, participants will have to join them. So plan it accordingly.

5. Pls wear hiking boots, bring hiking poles, microspikes, bugs spray and other hiking essentials (first aid, snacks/lunch.)
