Summer is just around the corner, and you all might wanna warm yourself up for the upcoming hikes. Let's increase the difficulty level, one notch at a time and cross the ocean for some hike and max chill afterwards.
So, come join us for a refreshing hike and release those endorphins!

Meeting time: 08:00 AM at trailhead on Bowen Island. Catch 5:50 AM ferry from # 6750 Keith Rd , West Vancouver, V7W 2V1

Meeting Place: Trailhead Parking lot @ 8:00 AM

Level: Intermediate - Hard
Round trip Duration: 5-6 hours

Pace: Moderate (while we will endeavour to leave no one behind, pls ensure you're fit enough to keep pace)

IMPORTANT:

1. 2. Cost involved - $55 - This includes Carpool share + ferry cost + Food
   3. We will meet at the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal at 5:15 am, and target taking the Ferry at 5:50 am.
   4. It is a moderate hike! Please make sure you have enough fitness to complete it. Please do not sign up if you don’t. You are responsible for your own health and safety. If you are not physically prepared to do the hike, your car owner or other hikers have no obligations to wait for you. We try our best to be inclusive.
   5. This HIKE requires hiking shoes/boots with solid grip as it might be challenging to do it in normal shoes. Also, carry/wear layer as per weather and your personal preference. It might be windy up there .
   6. No REFUNDS after 8 am Friday, June 27th. If cancelled before that, refund will be issued with 90 cents processing fee deduction.
   7. Next steps will be discussed in desi hikers group. If you are a new member to the community, please join the WhatsApp orientation group given above. If you are part of community and havent joined a hike before , please join desi advanced hikers group from the whatsapp community.
   8. If you need a ride, chat in the WhatsApp group, and someone might have a spot in their car.

You could be asked to go back if you don't have the required equipment or if you doesn't seem physically fit.

This is an independent hiking group and everyone attending is responsible for their own safety, including but not limited to your pets and children.

The organisers assume you will bring the hiking essentials (hiking boots, hiking pokes, bear spray, medical aid, etc.)
