What to bring: Yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle.
Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t inhibit movement.

What to expect : Expect a balanced session incorporating yoga poses, breathing exercises, and guided shavasana for overall wellness.
Please turn your camera on and lay the yoga mat down within the camera's full view, so we can ensure that you are performing the yoga poses correctly.
