What to bring: Yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle.
Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t inhibit movement.

What to expect : In Yin Yoga session, we will focus on preserving joint, bone and connective tissue health by holding each pose for 3-5 minutes.
Please turn your camera on and lay the yoga mat down within the camera's full view, so we can ensure that you are performing the yoga poses correctly.
