Start your morning with the best self-care Sunday possible: dog yoga with your pup!

We’ll start with 35 minutes of yoga with your dog, led by Emily. Followed by a canine cool down with mingling, snacks and sips - meet other owners and make some new pup friends!

We’ve got post-workout snacks, Hoochy Booch kombucha and dog treats from Feed Me Fit, smoothies, plus swag bags with goodies from Earth Rated, cookies from Conscious Cookies (up to $35.00 value)!

FAQs

Q. I don’t have a dog, can I still come?
A. Yes of course. You can still do the yoga class, be surrounded by amazing community vibes and other doggies!

Q. What usually happens with the dogs in these classes?
A. The dogs may seem hyper at first, but they will eventually adapt to the calm energy and demeanour in the room. After a while, you’ll notice the dogs in the room, close to their owners and will usually stay on their owners or neighbouring mat, and be a part of the yoga poses.

Q. Does the size of my dog matter?
A. No! We welcome all dogs of shapes and sizes. Having said that, it is required that your dog gets along with all shapes and sizes of dogs as well.

Q. My dog isn’t the best with other dogs or other people. Can I still bring him/her?
A. We love all dogs, but please only bring your dog to this event if you know that your dog is comfortable with other dogs, puppies and humans in group settings.

PLEASE NOTE: Only dogs that are spayed, neutered and vaccinated may attend. Please ensure your dog is also fully potty trained!
