What to bring: We'd use office chair and desk as props to do exercises.
Yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle.
Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t inhibit movement.

What to expect : You can expect exercises to improve posture, relieve discomfort, and boost your overall well-being.
Please turn your camera on and lay the yoga mat down within the camera's full view, so we can ensure that you are performing the yoga poses correctly.
