Most organizations operate from a place of mistrust, treating everyone as a potential fraudster by default, until they prove that they are “safe” by performing certain behaviours. They are, in essence, guilty until proven innocent.

But what might happen if we defaulted to trusting people? This talk will explore how designers and researchers can help move the dial on trust. We’ll use real world examples to show where we’re going wrong and demonstrate how designers at every level can help their organization build up their “trust muscle”

It's not going to be easy or comfortable -we’re talking about shifting power, taking risks and asking hard questions - but it could change everything.
