Come join a yoga class and grab a bite afterwards to socialize. The classes are casual, fun and relaxing. Meet other yogis who are interested in doing yoga, and living a healthier lifestyle.
Yoga classes are held at Balance Yoga studio, #105-4338 Main Street, Vancouver unless indicated otherwise.
To better accommodate the students, classes are separated it into 2 classes; gentle yoga/beginners and intermediate levels. I will host one gentle yoga one month, and an intermediate the next. Intermediates are still welcome to join the gentle one if they're looking for a slower paced class.
We all enjoy yoga classes, but most people go to a class and move on, not giving much chance to get to know each other. Grabbing a bite after class is a great way to socialize and make new like-minded friends.
If you have 2 no-shows, you will be sent a notification regarding your absences. On the third no-show, you will be kicked out of the group. It's a lot of work to set up these events, and also prevents others that would like to attend from participating. The studio is small which means there's limited space, so keeping your rsvp updated is important. RSVP is open till 30 min before class, so please update it asap. The new attendance system will take place, starting Feb 2018.
In 2015, Seiko received her 200 Hour Teacher Training and 70 Hour Yin at Yyoga in beautiful Vancouver, BC. She would like to spread the health benefits of yoga; physically, emotionally and mentally to a wider audience.
