Do you ever feel like your brain has more tabs open than your internet browser, and half of them are playing music you can’t find? 🙃 Then you really should join us in October, when we'll be discussing My Brain Has Too Many Tabs Open by Tanya Goodin, a witty and eye-opening look at how digital overload affects our daily lives.

Side note: The book isn’t about ADHD, but we’re going to bring it into the discussion anyway, because if there’s one thing that doesn’t get enough airtime in personal development spaces, it’s how neurodivergent brains experience all this screen-time chaos!

If you're in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, come join us in person at The Loop in Thao Dien! Otherwise, join us on Zoom 😊

This meeting will be facilitated by a Life Coach (me) and university educator with over a decade of international experience in facilitating discussions across groups from various cultural backgrounds and beliefs. We value inclusivity 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🖤💛❤️✊🏽 and insist on respectful discussion. We are not a 'positive vibes only' crew. We invite you to bring your WHOLE self to the discussion! Wanna suss me out ahead of time to see if we'll 'gel'? Then feel free to have a snoop here ☺:

From the book jacket:

Digital detox expert Tanya Goodin offers a tech-versus-life toolkit to deal with the escalating consequences of harmful habits.

This book examines 24 personal stories of people wrestling with common technology problems, from a little girl yearning for her mother to put down her phone, to a taxi driver concerned about his son's gaming addiction.

Learn how to recognise and label dependent behaviours - both of yourself and others - and find simple, easy solutions in this book.
