Hey Anime fans,

This is our monthly sushi social event. If you are a new member, this is a good opportunity to meet new people and discuss your favorite animes with them.

RSVP for updates. By default, this meetup is the 2nd Saturday of the month but it might change depending on holidays and my personal schedule.

A 3 strike No show policy is in effect. Be sure to cancel your RSVP's if conflicts happen. Txt me at 604-315-8925 if you need help finding meetup or if you are going to be late

California Sushi meetups: A Vancouver based restaurant that can hold 50 members. Sushi Yan is close by if we get too many members. Recommended to bring 20 to 30 dollars for lunch and gratuity is automatic at 18%. We'll get there early at 11:30am to sit at the restaurant when it opens at 12pm.

Afterwards, we typically go for bubble tea followed by Karaoke. Every two months or so there is a Japan Market that we go to at Robson Square.

Kawawa meetups: A Metrotown Mall based restaurant which can fit about 35 or more people at three tables. Use the mall map to find it. Gratuity is automatic at 18%: http://www.kawawa.ca/menu5.html

Afterwards, we go for bubble tea followed by seeing a movie at Cineplex which may or may not be anime related. We'll then head over to Karaoke at Gal Chae Karaoke located at 5679 Imperial St (About 20 dollars extra on top of your sushi).

Non-sushi: Every now and then, we go to non sushi related restaurants. Suggestions are appreciated

Feel free to msg me suggestions for other sushi restaurants that should go to. Preferably, it should be able to fit very large groups.
