This month, under our general theme of "Recruiting", we'll be addressing the problem of finding both contractual and salaried employment.

Our speaker will be Nathan Wawruck. Nathan is a Division Director with Robert Half Technology, a full-service recruitment agency based in San Francisco, with over 360 offices globally. Nathan has been in the technology recruitment industry since 2006, having worked in both Tokyo and Vancouver. Prior to recruitment, Nathan worked in the video game software industry for several years.

His topic is "Assessing the Hidden Job Market".

The growing usage of online job boards and electronic hiring practices can be quick and effective, but it can also be a frustrating experience for both job seekers and hiring organizations alike.
