Our Speaker this month will be Cale Bouscal. Cale is Red Hat's Western Canadian Solutions Architect. He's been with them for more than three years and has a strong Unix/Linux background.
His topic will be:
Red Hat Solutions for the Cloud: Virtualization and Storage
It's sounds timely, interesting and informative. I'm already thinking of questions.
I should also point out that demand is high right now for GNU/Linux skills in the local job market, and a great deal of the demand is for Red Hat administrators.
** PLEASE NOTE THE TIME OF THIS MEETING. At the AGM the resolution to change the monthly meeting start time to 7:00pm passed. As you know we have a 10:00pm curfew on the room, so this will give us a bigger window. And we'll adjourn to Steamworks for a drink after that.
