Future of VanLug - What

This summer well be taking a break from technical meetings for July and August. Instead we'll get together and have a few targeted discussions about the future of VanLug and the path forward. Note that there are two meetings in July.

July 16, What? A discussion to develop a Vanlug Charter that gets beyond a Mission Statement and our current tag line of "Bringing the GNU/Linux Community Together". What are we about? What is our focus?

The point of these discussions is to get reaction and input from members. In each of these meetings, we have to begin with the desired outcome in mind. Discussion alone isn't enough. We want to achieve results too. Thus, I suggest we adopt a pattern of: Ideas-Goals-Plans-Action.
