Future of VanLug - How

This summer well be taking a break from technical meetings for July and August. Instead we'll get together and have a few targeted discussions about the future of VanLug and the path forward. Note that there are two meetings in July.
July 30. How? A discussion of Deb Nicholson's recommendations about user groups from LFNW. I've posted this to the list previously. We'd want to develop a series of short (one line) policy statements or guidelines that can focus our energy and initiatives. How do we operate?
The point of these discussions is to get reaction and input from members. In each of these meetings, we have to begin with the desired outcome in mind. Discussion alone isn't enough. We want to achieve results too. Thus, I suggest we adopt a pattern of: Ideas-Goals-Plans-Action.
