Future of VanLug - Who

This summer well be taking a break from technical meetings for July and August. Instead we'll get together and have a few targeted discussions about the future of VanLug and the path forward. Note that there are two meetings in July.
August 20. Who? A discussion of who needs to know about our activities and events. We want to develop a communications strategy for Vanlug. Who should we be talking to?
The point of these discussions is to get reaction and input from members. In each of these meetings, we have to begin with the desired outcome in mind. Discussion alone isn't enough. We want to achieve results too. Thus, I suggest we adopt a pattern of: Ideas-Goals-Plans-Action.
