"An Overview of Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams" - Chris Miles (Account Manager, Skyway West)

Business users of Office 365 have the option to utilize Microsoft Teams as their corporate phone system. With the addition of “Phone System” added to Office 365 subscription, users can choose to get their phone lines from Microsoft directly or choose Direct Routing. This session will explain how Microsoft’s “Calling Plan” differs from Direct Routing and the different options available with Direct Routing.
