Session Brief:
Microsoft Teams channels organize chat, files, and apps for collaboration. Microsoft has recently introduced shared channels to complement private channels and regular channels. This session will explore the 3 channel types and how they compare. You'll gain an understanding of why you would select one channel type over the others.

I'm a Principal Consultant working with Teams voice and collaboration, as well as all the supporting bits from Microsoft and others. As a consultant, my role is to help organizations sort through the available options and make choices that work for them. I'm a Teams MVP, and a regular speaker at conferences and user groups to spread my own version of UC & Collab reality.
