Some ideas for this group is a casual artists night. Bring your own art supplies and spend time with other people making any kind of art you'd like to make. Whether you have a specific art project in mind, or simply wish to sketch whatever comes to mind. Enjoying the company of others while making art is a very welcome way to spend a few hours.
I've made some relaxing virtual hiking videos around Alaska, from Denali National Park to the Kenai peninsula, which makes it feel as if you are walking in the most beautiful remote wilderness, when the landscape journeys are viewed projected on a large screen. While watching the videos attendees can listen to some favorite music on headphones to provide a soundtrack, or talk with a friend or other meetup members one happens to meet. Viewing these unnarrated flowing treks could be an excellent way to just relax or spend time with friends.
