Explore Shinjuku Gyoen and Tropical Greenhouse
Let’s enjoy a refreshing afternoon in one of Tokyo’s most beautiful national gardens!
We will visit the lush Tropical Greenhouse inside Shinjuku Gyoen and take a relaxing stroll through the park. It's a great opportunity to connect with nature right in the heart of the city and meet wonderful new people. 😊🌿✨

15:00 Meeting at Sakura Square in front of Shinjuku Station
15:00–15:10 Self-introductions & Icebreaker
15:15–15:25 Walk to Shinjuku Gyoen
15:30–15:40 Park entry
15:40–15:50 Walk to the Tropical Greenhouse
15:50–16:50 Exploring the Tropical Greenhouse
16:50 Group photo
16:50–17:30 Relaxing stroll around the park
(optional: grab a drink at Starbucks/cafe inside the park)

■ Fee:
・Event fee: 1,000 yen
・Park admission fee: 500 yen (Please pay your own admission fee at the entrance gate)
*Please pay the 1,000 yen event fee in cash on the day of the event.

■ Meeting point and time
・Meeting point: Shinjuku Sakura Square, JR Shinjuku Station Tonan (East-South) Exit
・Meeting time: 3:00 PM (15:00)
*Please arrive on time so we can start our introductions and head to the park together!

■ Example train access:
・Shinjuku Station (JR Lines, Odakyu Line, Keio Line, Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, Toai Shinjuku Line, etc.)

■ What to bring / wear
・Comfortable walking shoes
・Drinks for hydration
・Event fee (1,000 yen in cash) + Park admission (500 yen)

・Application Deadline: Saturday, August 22nd
・Capacity: 10 people (First-come, first-served)

*We will send an attendance confirmation message to everyone who signs up.Your spot is confirmed only after you reply to this message.
*If we do not receive your reply by Saturday, August 22nd, you will be moved to the Wait List.

■ Cancellation policy
・If you need to cancel, please update your RSVP as soon as possible so others can join.

■ Notes
・This event will take place rain or shine, as the main attraction (the greenhouse) is indoors! ☔️
・We may take photos/videos during the event to share with participants or for future event announcements. If you prefer not to be in photos, please let us know beforehand.
・Photos will be shared with attendees via line/group chat after the event.
The guide speaks both Japanese and English, so everyone is welcome even if you don’t speak either language fluently!

15:00–15:10 自己紹介＆アイスブレイク

15:30–15:40 入園手続き（各自チケット購入）
15:40–15:50 温室へ移動
15:50–16:50 温室の見学・散策
16:50 集合写真撮影
16:50–17:30 園内をのんびり散策（任意：園内のスターバックスやカフェでドリンクを購入して楽しめます）

■ 参加費
・イベント参加費：1,000円
・入園料：500円（入園ゲートにて各自でお支払いください）
※イベント参加費の1,000円は、当日現金にてお支払いをお願いいたします。

■ 集合場所・時間
・集合場所：JR新宿駅 東南口駅前広場（新宿さくらスクエア）
・集合時間：15:00（午後3:00）
※自己紹介や移動をスムーズに行うため、時間厳守でお越しください。

・キャンセルされる場合は、他の方が参加できるよう、お早めにRSVPの変更をお願いいたします。

■ 注意事項
・メインとなる温室は屋内のため、雨天決行となります！☔️
・イベント中に写真や動画を撮影し、参加者への共有や今後のイベント告知に使用する場合があります。写真に写りたくない方は事前にお知らせください。
・撮影した写真はイベント終了後、LINEやグループチャット等で参加者の皆様に共有いたします。
ガイドは日本語と英語の両方を話せますので、どちらの言語が得意でない方も大歓迎です！
