February WordPress Meetup

We're happy to announce that the next WordPress meetup in Varna will take place on Tuesday, February 25th.

The time and place for the event remain the same as last time -- 19:00 (7:00 PM) at the University of Economics, Varna, floor 2, hall 220.

This month's session will be about "How to Develop and Submit a Theme to the WordPress Theme Directory" by Atanas Yonkov.

Atanas will speak of his experience with a recently approved theme in the Directory that he has personally submitted. He'll share his thoughts on what you should be cautious about, what common mistakes to avoid and what to expect during the review process.

Atanas is a blogger, freelance web developer, and WordPress enthusiast. His previous professional occupancy includes working at WebFactory. Other than submitting themes and plugins in the WordPress official directories he has experience as a volunteer at WordCamp Sofia 2018 and WordCamp Skopje in 2019. He also co-organized WordCamp Sofia 2019. In his free time, he goes hiking and plays the guitar. You can find more information about him over at https://yonkov.github.io/.
