The sessions will be led by Parulji who is a senior disciple of the world-renowned philosopher, Swami A Parthasarathy. Each session will involve teaching as well as discussion and reflection.

This course will run on Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Each class lasts one hour and a quarter.
