Meditation Retreat
Details
Join us for a day of quiet reflection and spiritual renewal, led by Swami Satyamayananda of the Vedanta Society of Western Washington. Through guided meditation, instruction, and introspective silence, participants explore the universal truths taught in Vedanta — the oneness of all existence and the divinity within each being.
This retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the pace of daily life and turn inward, nurturing calmness, clarity, and spiritual strength. No previous experience with meditation or Vedanta is required. All are welcome, regardless of background or faith tradition.
You’ll leave refreshed, grounded, and inspired to carry the stillness of the retreat into everyday living.
During the event, you can expect several rounds of guided meditation, instruction, Q&A, a brief tea/coffee break, and a flower offering. We conclude with a vegetarian potluck.
No tickets or RSVP are required. This, like all Vedanta Society events, is free and all are welcome.
Please arrive a few minutes early so that meditation is not disturbed.
On-site, free parking is available.
