Join us for a weekly rhythm of meditation, teaching, and discussion led by Swami Satyamayananda. The morning begins with meditation, followed by a teaching on spiritual life and Vedanta. After the talk, those attending in person are welcome to remain for coffee, tea, and continued discussion in our dining room. The bookstore will also be open. This reflects the new Sunday structure beginning May 3, 2026.

Because meditation is now the foundation of the morning, we ask everyone to plan ahead to arrive and be settled before 10am. Entering after meditation has begun is disruptive to the meditation period and to those already practicing. Upon arrival, you may choose to join Swami Satyamayananda for Guided Meditation in the Chapel, or enter the Shrine upstairs for Silent Meditation.

This event is held in person at the Seattle Ashrama, and the 10:30 teaching is also livestreamed on YouTube. Like all Vedanta Society activities, it is open to all and free of charge. Past talks may be selected from our YouTube playlists.

10:30am Teaching (also available on YouTube)

90-minute program, followed by discussion.
