Join us every Friday at 6:30 pm at the ISKCON Ottawa temple (or Strathcona Park during the summer) for mantra meditation. We sing the transcendental names of the Lord in a devotional mood through Kirtan (call and response chanting). Simply come in, grab a cushion and meditate on the supreme. There is usually some snacks afterwards with time for associating with spiritually like-minded folks.
