Walking Silver Sands State Park - Milford

Join us for a walk around Silver Sands State Park. All are welcome.

Parking is free for In-State Registered Vehicles.

We will meet by the concession stand.

This is on the water & beach so suntan lotion & drinking water is recommended.

We will start with a walk on the sand bar out to Charles Island, one mile round trip. Low tide is at 9:15. Some or all of the sandbar may be closed due to environmental reasons.

Then a walk on the wooden boardwalk along the beach. One and a half miles round trip back to the parking lot.
