Come build community and move your body--all at the same time!

We will do an outdoor workout led by trainer Eric. If weather is bad we will adjust. Yoga mats will be available for stretching and cool down, or feel free to bring your own. Workout is for all fitness levels and can be modified.

We are excited to see you there! Workouts are typically offered weekly at these times (subject to change): Saturdays 10am, Tuesdays 5:30pm.

(Please note that refunds are only provided if the event is cancelled. Refunds cannot be given for any other reason.)
