About the reading:

Embark on a journey of self-discovery and radical honesty with Jen Howk in Truth Be Told. This book navigates the treacherous terrain of human consciousness and the raw reality of personal transformation. On the other side of “The Crappening,” a dark night of the soul, Howk emerges with a field guide to challenging life's most enduring fears and addictions.

In this unflinching memoir and self-help guide, Howk confronts the lies we tell ourselves and others, challenging readers to embrace truth as a powerful tool for personal freedom. Drawing inspiration from Carl Jung and intertwining philosophical, academic, and clinical insights, Howk reveals the hidden forces that shape our lives and offers a roadmap for those seeking authenticity and genuine self-worth.

Truth Be Told is an invitation to dismantle the facades that imprison us and to live courageously in the light of truth. Whether you are grappling with self-doubt, addiction, or the scars of past traumas, Howk's candid narrative and practical wisdom will inspire you to reclaim your true self and transform your life.
