🌱 Vegan Rounders & Picnic at The Meadows 🌱
Come along for a fun afternoon of rounders, good food, and meeting fellow vegans at The Meadows!
We’ll meet outside the tennis court gates, get set up, go over the rules, and then jump into a friendly game of rounders. This is absolutely not competitive, it’s just for fun and community 🏏
All abilities are welcome, whether you’ve played before or not.
You’re also very welcome to join just for the picnic if you’d rather not play. You can relax on the grass, chat, eat, watch the game, or join us afterwards - whatever suits.
🥗 Picnic info:
Please bring your own vegan food and drinks, along with anything else you might need, such as:
• Picnic blanket
• Cutlery/plates/cups
• Water bottle
• SPF/sun cream
• Comfortable clothes and shoes
• Weather-appropriate gear (umbrella/waterproofs if needed!)
🌱To help keep this a comfortable and inclusive space for vegans, please only bring plant-based food and products - no animal ingredients, please.
There are also nearby vegan food options if you’d rather buy something on the day, including Unity Diner/Considerit for vegan kebabs, cakes, and more.
If the weather is terrible, we’ll head to The Meadows Tap instead and turn it into a cosy social.
