In the organiser's words (Tierheim Berlin):
We would like to experience a warm-hearted, atmospheric Advent Sunday together with you - and give our animal shelter protégés a little Christmas joy in the process.
An Advent full of heartfelt moments
We would be delighted if you could bring a small gift for our animals and place it under the festively decorated Christmas tree. Enjoy a contemplative day full of light, music and loving encounters with your family.
Stage programme in the Eichenhain
A colorful, lively program awaits you on our stage:
- live music & dance
- an exciting live auction
- fun activities around the animal shelter
- And of course our tombola will once again have lots of great surprises in store.
Christmas market & flea market
Our Christmas market invites you to stroll and marvel - with:
- handmade arts and crafts
- special gift ideas for people and animals
- vegan-vegetarian street food
- fragrant coffee, fresh cake, waffles & hot mulled wine
If you love little treasures, you might find just the right thing at our cozy Christmas flea market.
Guided tours & animal presentations
Get to know our animal shelter better during exciting guided tours (from 11:30 a.m., then every hour until 2:30 p.m.).
Some of our dogs who are still waiting for a forever home will also be introduced.
Free admission - every visit helps
Admission is of course free. All proceeds go directly to our shelter animals and support them where help is needed most.
