Practicing kettlebells is the most efficient and effective method to strengthen your body's ligaments, tendons, muscles, connective tissues.....you name it!

IF you practice kettlebell moves properly, you can build incredible body strength.

EVERYONE practices the basics: swings, racks, presses, halos, snatches, high, pulls, 1.2 get-ups, etc.

Once you have mastered the basics, we move on to stacking static moves to make fluid or compound moves.
