Join us for a session of full body cryotherapy, followed by a visit to the Vegan Taalcafé. An excellent way to stimulate both your well-being and Dutch language skills! It is also fine to join either the cryo session or the Vegan Taalcafé visit, but please let me know in the comments below or via a pm.

Freezlab - Full Body Cryo - 17:30 - 18:30 (times are subject to change)

Vegan Taalcafé - 19:00 - 22:00 (ending time is subject to change)
The Vegan Taalcafé is a weekly event, held each Wednesday at 19:00, where you can improve your Dutch or help other vegans with their Dutch, in a relaxed, cosy atmosphere. The organiser of the Vegan Taalcafé also offers vegan soup every week, for a suggested donation of €2,00. Vegan drinks are also available for reasonable prices, but only in cash.

At the Vegan Taalcafé you only pay for the drinks you order. You can also make a donation for the soup. Only cash payments are accepted.

Location
We will meet for Full Body Cryo @Freezlab around 17:30 - 18:00 (Olympisch stadion 36, 1076 DE Amsterdam). After the Freezlab visit we go to the Vegan Taalcafé @Binnenpret (Eerste Schinkelstraat 16, 1075TX Amsterdam). Please update your RSVP before the start time of the event, if you are not able to attend.
