What we’re about
We’re a new group forming to support a thriving vegan lifestyle with other like-minded people. As the name suggests, this Meetup will be hosting various activities to bring members together to socialize and create new friendships. We welcome your ideas for activities and venues and invite you to join and even lead events! Please reach out if you are interested!
You don’t need to be vegan to join, but we ask that you are at least curious about veganism and to respectfully purchase only vegan foods when participating with the group. We'd also like to thank our Meetup sponsor, the Northwest Animal Rights Network (NARN)

The Annual NARN Picnic Potluck is a great opportunity to meet fellow vegans and animal activists.
Join us from 4pm - 7pm at Judkins Park, Shelter #1! (just off of 22nd Ave S & @ Norman St)
There is a kids play area and large lawn. Bring your favorite summer games!
Please bring a vegan dish to share and comment here what you think it might be so we don't end up with 10 potato salads.
Bring a note with ingredients to help those with food allergies and sensitivities. (FYI there is no grill, so no grillables unless you want to bring your own grill).
Best also to bring your own plate and utensils (let's make less trash!). NARN will provide some beverages and other essentials.
