THIS MONTH'S THEME: RADISH CAKE!
The main dish this time will be the very special Taiwanese Radish Cake! Accompanied by various other side dishes too. Of course all 100% plant-based & all you can eat!
Radish cake is a delicious and popular Taiwanese dish made from grated radish and rice flour, fried on both sides for a crispy texture and topped with a sweet & salty sauce.
Radish cake is called “Luóbo Gāo” (蘿蔔糕) in Chinese. The word “Gāo” sounds like the word for “higher” or “growth,” so eating it during the New Year symbolizes good luck, progress, and prosperity in the coming year!

Once again we'll be meeting at RAKUZEN, A delicious plant-based Taiwanese restaurant with a lovely owner who is more than happy to host us, and provide an incredible All You Can Eat Lunch for 2500円 per person! We'll enjoy the main dish along with other side dishes. What more could you want?

今月のテーマ：大根餅！
今月のメイン料理は、特別な台湾の「大根餅」！
さらに様々なおかずもご用意しています。もちろん、すべて100％植物性＆食べ放題！
大根餅は、すりおろした大根と米粉で作られる台湾の人気料理です。両面を焼いて外はカリッとした食感にし、甘じょっぱいソースをかけて食べます。
大根餅は中国語で「蘿蔔糕（Luóbo Gāo）」と呼ばれます。「糕（gāo）」は「高（gāo）」と同じ発音で、「高くなる」や「成長する」を連想させることから、旧正月に食べると幸運や成長、繁栄を願う縁起の良い食べ物です。
