Veganuary Support Circle (free and virtual)
Details
With Veganuary underway, the experience can feel energizing, overwhelming, or somewhere in between—especially when navigating meals, social situations, or questions from others. This group is a supportive space to connect with others who are exploring or participating in Veganuary and want practical, compassionate encouragement along the way.
Topics may include:
- Meal and snack ideas (quick, realistic options)
- Navigating social situations, dining out, or travel
- Handling questions or pushback from friends and family
- Cravings, motivation dips, or “off days”
- Confidence-building without pressure or judgment
- Budget- and time-friendly strategies
- Open space to troubleshoot whatever comes up for you
This conversation will be centered on shared experiences and mutual encouragement.
Whether you’re curious, committed, or simply trying to figure out what works for you, you’re welcome here.
## Veganuary Support Circle – Shared Agreements
- This is a welcoming, judgment-free space.
This group is for people who are curious about, exploring, or participating in Veganuary—wherever you are on that path. All backgrounds and identities are welcome. You do not need to be perfect or fully vegan to belong here. - Share the space: step up, step back.
We invite you to share your experiences, questions, and challenges. Please keep comments focused and brief, and avoid interrupting so everyone has a chance to be heard. - Offer perspectives & support.
Different opinions and experiences are expected. Our goal is understanding and encouragement—not convincing or correcting others. Speak from your own experience rather than telling others what they should do. - Assume good intentions and speak up.
Everyone is here to learn and receive support. If something feels unclear or uncomfortable, ask for clarification before jumping to conclusions. Gently speaking up in the moment helps maintain trust and connection. - Take care of yourself and ask for help when needed.
Eating, drinking, stretching, or stepping away briefly is welcome. We simply ask that you rejoin the group in a way that supports shared conversation and connection. If something feels unresolved, please reach out to the host so it can be addressed with care.
Please note: I am not a registered dietitian or medical professional, and this group does not provide medical or individualized nutrition advice.
