I am so excited about this blockbuster new movie! Here's the description from Marvel: The film finds Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on a journey unlike anything he’s ever faced – a quest for inner peace. But his retirement is interrupted by a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods. To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi) and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who – to Thor’s surprise – inexplicably wields his magical hammer, Mjolnir, as the Mighty Thor. Together, they embark upon a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the God Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late. Directed by Waititi (“Thor: Ragnarok,” “Jojo Rabbit”) and produced by Kevin Feige and Brad Winderbaum.

Where to Meet: At 7:00pm, we will meet outside the front doors of the AMC Kips Bay Theatre, located at 570 2nd Avenue (& East 31st Street). Look for our group standing **outside the front doors to the theatre**, including organizers David, Neerav and Phil. At 7:10pm sharp we will walk inside as a group to the 7:15pm showing of Thor: Love and Thunder. (Don't be late, and it's good to plan to be early.) After the movie, we will gather as a group in the back of the movie screening theater (the room where we just saw the movie). We will then go as a group for a vegan dinner and to discuss the movie.
