New York Comic Con - October 17-20, 2024!

Join us as Vegan Sci-Fi, Superhero & Fantasy Fans goes to New York Comic Con, Oct. 17-20, 2024! Yeah!

If you are going to Comic Con, you very likely already have a ticket. We have ours too. This meetup event is for people who have tickets, in order to meet up at Comic Con.

Our meetup members will be at New York Comic Con all four days. But as of right now, we are only scheduling meetups on Saturday at 10:30am and Sunday at 10:30am. (Also, if you would like to send us your phone number, we will include you in our small WhatsApp group for Vegan New York Comic Con attendees. Once added to the WhatsApp group, you can text the group at any time in order to meet. In order to be part of this, please send a Meetup message with your phone number to organizer David Greene.)

Our official meetups will be on Saturday, October 19th and Sunday, October 20th, both at 10:30am. ALSO, IN ORDER TO MEET US, YOU MUST RSVP ON THIS PAGE. ONCE YOU RSVP, WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA MEETUP MESSAGE. (FEEL FREE, IF YOU WISH, TO INCLUDE YOUR CELL NUMBER IN A MEETUP MESSAGE, FOR TEXTING, WHICH IS EASIER.)

Here is how to get to our meetup location:

1. Start from the corner of 34th Street and 11th Avenue, where the Javits Center is.

2. Walk up 11th Avenue, and look for the big main entrance to the Javits Center, on 11th Avenue. This is the South Entrance of the Javits Center.

3. Walk through the glass doors and into the Javits Center. Walk inside, and then walk towards the Comic Con Front Gate. Show your Comic Con badge, and walk through the main front gate, after showing your badge.

4. Right after you get through the main front gate (after showing your badge and entering Comic Con), there will be a large area with a lot of people posing for photos and people taking photos. This is not anything organized, it is just what happens right when you walk through that main front gate where you have to show your badge to get inside. Your organizers will be holding a sign in that area that says VEGAN MEETUP. Look for that sign. We will be there only from 10:30am to 10:45am. Don't be late, and you may want to be there early to not miss us.
