Accessible vegan food

These days, a lot of people struggle with the high cost of groceries, or limited time for kitchen prep. Eating vegan food is not always compatible with the goal of saving time and money.
For our next meeting, the suggested theme is accessible or inexpensive food, hopefully both! Themes are always optional; if creativity leads you in a different direction, go for it. In any case, make or buy a vegan dish of about 6 servings. If you like playing with numbers, figure out how much the dish cost to make. We will discuss our dishes and also some additional opportunities for vegan activism. Message me if you need the address; it's near Leopold School on the north side of Fitchburg.
