VTK June meeting

Our next meeting is planned for Saturday, June 6, at 3 PM at Scott and Lisa's condo clubhouse more or less near West Towne Mall. The optional theme is "Outdoor food." To me, this suggests picnic food, but Caroline is laser focused on camping food. As always, feel free to bring whatever vegan dish you like.

I am looking for volunteers to help me run a booth at Vegan Fest this year. It will take place on Sept. 26. Please let me know if you're interested. If you want to promote veganism this is a great opportunity.
