Vegan Test Kitchen: Too much...

Our next meeting is on Saturday Sept. 19 at my house on the north side of Fitchburg. Let me know if you need the address. The optional theme is "Too much...". That is to say, bring a vegan dish with an ingredient that you have too much of. Right now, I would say zucchini and tomatoes, but next month things may be different. If this theme doesn't resonate with you, feel free to bring any vegan dish. Hope to see you there.
