VTK Holiday meeting

We're having our pre-holiday meeting this Saturday Nov. 7 at 3 PM at my house on the north side of Fitchburg. Our meetings are potluck style, where everyone brings a vegan dish and we talk about the recipes. Our optional theme this time is food you might serve at a holiday meal, including simple side dishes. We like to try out new recipes; sometimes the dishes come out great and other times not so much. We try to help each other improve the recipes with the goal of coming up with dishes that even our meat-eating friends and family will enjoy, which in our view is the best way to get people to eat more plants.
