Beans and Tofu

This time we'll focus on bean and tofu dishes. Jeffrey said he would make Southern-style red beans and rice. I might make chili and/or bring some adobo tofu from Taqueria Azteca in Verona. Caroline is thinking of making something with mung beans. If you don't want to cook, bring beverages, fruit, or salad. We will meet at my house again on the north side of Fitchburg.
